All of our product is made to order and items may ship separately. If your product is for a bachelorette party on a specific date, we recommended ordering at least ~2 months prior to your event due to covid-19 impacts.
Please note we cannot change a size or color once your order has been placed due to the system we currently have in place. As a start-up, we are still working on developing our processes and working harder every day to improve them.
For all Non-Bride Tribe product, Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Since they are made-to-order, Custom orders, face masks and bulk Bride Tribe orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. We also cannot accept cancellations once the order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to look into it!

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send it to the address we provide to you via email@example.com once you reach out for a return.
You must return the item, and we will then provide you with a full refund ASAP.
* The Girl in Tulle is not responsible for stolen or missing packages once tracking says item(s) has been delivered. We are also not responsible for packages being shipped to the wrong address if the wrong address was entered at checkout.
